This group is for you if you…

• want to try new Enneagram-related practices to welcome the new year

• want support from others to move toward your intention

• want to deeply be heard and practice deeply listening to others

• have a working knowledge of the Enneagram (this is not an Enneagram Intro)

• want to try an online group – no prior experience with online groups necessary

Includes: Encouraging emails, grounding meditations, poetry, music, spiritual practices, group discussions and conversation partners.

Topics:

Week 1 - Develop awareness questions that will be used for a daily practice
Week 2 - Examine type-related hindering and helping questions we ask ourselves
Week 3 - Use Enneagram related guided imagery to open doors to True Nature
Week 4 - Create self-blessings to invite continued deepening and connection

No need to worry about traveling in January weather. All groups will meet on line using Zoom (an easy to use video meeting platform). No previous experience with Zoom or other on line meetings necessary. Each group is limited to 8 people.
