What better time to begin a type 4 group!
An auspicious beginning on our journey to fullness.
Wednesdays, August 30, September 6, 13, 20, 27, 2023
9:30am - 11:00am, Central Time
Facilitated by Sandra Smith and Debbi Horton
Certified Enneagram Teachers
People leading with Enneagram type Four are creative, innovative, and strategic. Their emotional attunement allows them to connect in meaningful ways that can bring ease to relationships. And, an over focus on emotional depth can serve to diminish relational depth! Seeking what is missing blinds Fours to what is here. Questions we will explore include: How does longing lead you to abandon yourself? How is your authenticity coming forward and what allows that to happen?
This online Type Four group will explore some of the complexities of this ego structure such as the defense mechanism of “introjection” as well as the holy virtue of Equanimity and all things in between. Additionally, we’ll explore ways to cultivate a steady stable sense of self that comes from the heart. Our work together will focus on deepening self-compassion and support the arising of the Enlightened Spiritual Perspective: Holy Source.
These five sessions will include inquiry, breakout group discussion, and self-reflection to support the teachings as we create some distance between the type structure and our True Nature. This group is limited to 16 people who are familiar with their type’s patterns. This is not an introductory offering.
